Good News While In Isolation

 Hello folks!

Just to start off by saying I hope that everyone is well and staying safe, entertained and productive in this bizarre period of time. This year had been going very quickly for me until the lockdown and despite this a lot of nice things have taken place.

As promised, I went back to see Aileen and Simon Hunt in Lewis in March and it was such an enjoyable experience to return and work with the same crew and contributors as back in 2018. Aileen, Simon, Kirsten, Matt, Georgie and my Dad thank you all so much for your hard work once again!

This trip felt more of a weekend away than a project to be honest. Not only was it very nostalgic to be back in the beautiful Ardroil and Great Bernera areas on Lewis, it was also just a really pleasant occasion. Knowing our contributors well and them knowing us made everything that bit less formal and more enjoyable.

During this lockdown, I will be editing this sequel piece which in honesty is the perfect time to do so as far as I can see. Getting something creative to work on is vital at this time. Finishing this piece and doing Aileen’s story justice is so important to me and since this has been such a big part of my life for the past few years I want to get it right.
Here is the teaser trailer for "MS, Mexico & Me: Aileen's Story Part 2" which shows a very brief look at the second chapter of the documentary.
The new release will be coming soon, later in 2020. I will announce the release date in due course.
Having now established myself in Glasgow, in the last year I have worked on quite a few projects which allowed me to establish new clients including Hillyard MacDonald, Tutornet Ltd, the Glasgow Student Dance Company and Horse Scotland.

Since January I have been working for Horse Scotland as a Video Analysis Videographer. This has been a new experience working with new people providing video content to meet their needs.

I had the pleasure of capturing the National Equestrian Awards 2020 event for them at the Doubletree by Hilton in Dunblane on the 6th of March. The company then used this content on their social media platforms.
This past year has been the first time I have felt that I have been operating properly as an actual business so thank you to everyone who recommended me or asked for my services because it means a lot.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, all the very best!
Stay safe!
